Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund in full.

Pricing

Prices are shown inclusive of applicable local tax and exclusive of duties. We may change prices at any time, but never after an order is accepted.

Handmade variation

Pieces are made by hand from natural leather. Grain, colour and knot will vary between pieces. This is characteristic of the material and not a fault.

Returns

See Shipping & Returns for the full policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
