3. Ordering Terms

3.1. Order confirmation

An order is confirmed only once the customer has completed all required information and, where applicable, completed payment as instructed by HIMO.

3.2. Payment

HIMO accepts the payment methods published at the time of purchase. Some high-value orders may require payment in advance of delivery.

3.3. Order cancellation

HIMO reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the following cases:

• Customer information is inaccurate or incomplete.
• The product is out of stock or discontinued.
• Signs of fraud or legal violation are detected.

5. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, content, logos, product names, and other brand assets are the property of HIMO or its lawfully licensed partners. Any copying, use, or commercial exploitation without HIMO's prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

HIMO is not liable for damages arising from improper use of a product, failure to follow care instructions, or factors beyond HIMO's reasonable control.

7. Changes to These Terms

HIMO may update or amend this Return & Warranty Policy and these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The version published on HIMO's official channels is the version in effect.
